I loved this place. Design is clean and minimalist. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is so kind and super friendly. I had a very pleasant dinner here. The contemporary design with great sushi and other Japanese dishes. Don’t forget to order katzu with Japanese curry, great selection of wines and one of the best homemade lemonades Very authentic Japanese food. Service is super friendly. Couldn't recommend more. The best sushi I’ve eaten in a long time. The waitress was very nice and caring and everything was extremely clean! The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Very cozy little sushi bar, if you sit at the front you can watch the chef work as he puts your sushi together. Staff was very friendly, spoke English and Czech, menu in both languages. A little bit on the pricier side for the sushi, but it is kind of to be expected. The taste and the flavors more than make up for it. Felt quite authentic, although, I understand the owners are Korean, so well done! Would come back for another bite of sushi. With my friend we tried maki set and soup. Everything was on the best level, service is very good, food delicious and atmosphere is nice. Thanks The food was incredible and the service was even better, I recommend 100% Solid sushi. I did not even mind the basement. One of the best in town. Yummie!!!

Portofino Cafe

Passed by this cafe and decided to enter. I ordered one pizza and a cup of coffee. They were very tasty. There is a nice, cozy family atmosphere. The staff is friendly and my order was given very quickly. I will definitely come back here with my friends 🙂 I highly recommend this family cafe - loved food there, but what is most important is the way how the owners and staff care about clients! They are extremely friendly and never stop surprising with cool offers and ideas. Also guys have have food delivery which is very fast. 100% sure will come back to them again and again :) I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the warm hospitality and delectable cuisine at this hidden gem of a restaurant, owned by an amazing and incredibly friendly couple. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that our take-away experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite not dining in, they treated us as if we were their most valued guests. I ordered 3 pizzas, I managed to have a slice each just to make sure my vision of the complete dry, no sauce and no toppings is true. I can't recommend in any way, buying rohlik, putting ketchup and microwaving for 25 seconds will give better outcome. I went today with friends and all pizzas are very good. I ate one dessert with capuccino and were very delicious too. The attention was good, they were very kind. Vegetarian options available!!!

The Emperor Sushi & Bar by Hanoi Square

Nice place with easy Vietnamese food and fresh looking interior. Moderately priced it offers a number of traditional dishes, including Pho Bo. We tasted both the classic Pho Bo Tai and a richer version of this iconic noodles soup Bun Bo Hue with slices of pork, lemongrass and more spicy. I liked them both, but not overwhelming or best in class. Non-alcoholic drinks are really good and absolutely worthy. Passion fruit ice tea was phenomenal. I would recommend this place for a quick stop and bowl of Pho Bo. We really enjoy this place with my friend, the meals are great - we especially like their “fusion rolls”. It also has a nice and fun interior that recreates a Vietnamese street. Check this place out! Clean and comfy ambience for business and casual meals. Portion is good for the price. The female service staff are friendly and attentive Shisha was very well done (take the medium light tropical fruit mint blend). There was a live band doing covers and after was a dope selection of different dance & Hip Hop sounds. The owner blessed us with genuine hospitality by giving us a couple shots. Definitely helped us out for the rest of the night. Yall check this place out! Toronto man recommended Ha Noi square is extremely nice-decorated and well-service from the waiter but truthfully their desserts ( we ordered eggs coffee- cafe trứng HN and vanilla ice-cream with sticky rice) are disappointing.They used espresso for eggs coffee instead of Vietnamese coffee; and also yolk eggs smell mixed to make it cold that I couldn’t drink and taste of eggs only🤦🏼‍♀️. I don’t really recommend this egg coffee if anyone want to try then should come to Ha Noi for real and authentic one. Vanilla ice-cream with sticky rice is good but so tiny and nothing special at all. We plan to be back for weekend live music but sorry for not second time.

Ikura Restaurant

Food was excellent and menu was diverse and interesting but not overwhelming (in a family with lots of dietary restrictions everyone could pick something tasty). Nice cozy interior. Surprisingly affordable, almost made me suspicious tbh but the food was of really high quality. They seemed understaffed so service was a little slow but they were lovely and really helpful, also with recommendations and advice regarding dietary restrictions. It’s a place I can keep coming back to and constantly have new dishes to explore :) Really good food! Pretty diverse menu with sushi but also some other options. We had the Ikura Lovers menu for 2 and really enjoyed it. Good Miso soup and a salad and some nice salmon and tuna sushi. Not the cheapest but you get great quality food and the staff is friendly! It's a small place with a decent amount of seats which is fine - when I was there with my girlfriend, there were barely any people. The food is cheap (see photo - was around 900 Kc) but has high quality, tastes great and authentic and depending on your order the sizes are not to be underestimated. All in all a must-visit if you're in Prague and on the look for asian food. if you are looking for a place where the perfection of Asian cuisine meets talent, then you are in the right place. Nice and very professional service, and a place with a real Asian soul. What a pleasant surprise! We ordered Ikura set for two, including miso soups and salad and on top sashimi from salmon bellybutton as well as the ikura. The set was not only wonderfully presented, fresh, and super tasty, but truly, oishii! As well as sashimi and ikura. Highly recommend. Hope the young gents at service and chef will keep and continue performing such well because the standard they set is high already! P.s. once we took out the bitter cucumber, the fine salad 🤭
